Francesco Bagnaia will be keen to maintain his good form by winning the
French MotoGP for the first time in his career.

The Ducati Lenovo Team rider took an extraordinary victory at the 2023 Spanish MotoGP on April 30 having started fifth on the grid.
The man nicknamed Pecco battled with Brad Binder and with a few laps to go, Bagnaia caught up with the Red Bull KTM Racing rider, before passing him with five laps to go.

His best performance in the French MotoGP came during the 2021 season as the Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer finished fourth.
Why he could win the French MotoGP
Bagnaia is in good form at the moment having won the recent Spanish MotoGP and this makes him a clear favourite to win the French MotoGP.
The 26-year-old, who won the 2023 Portuguese MotoGP on March 26, will be eager to consolidate his spot at the top of the riders' standings by recording a win at the Circuit Bugatti.
What did he say?
"Considering how the weekend had started, this may be my best win in MotoGP," Bagnaia said after winning the Spanish MotoGP.
"The tussle was really incredible, and I had a lot of fun. We learned a lot from this GP, and it can help us grow as a team.
"Friday was a difficult day, but my team did an incredible job of allowing me to regain a good feeling with the bike," the Turin-born star continued.
"They understood my requests well, and today, thanks to the latest changes on the Desmosedici GP, we were able to win. Doing it here was really special, given the great warmth of the fans, so I'm thrilled."
