Real Madrid will look to continue their dominance of the
UEFA Champions League when they meet Liverpool in the final at Stade de France on Saturday, May 28.
The Whites have won the coveted trophy a record 13 times and were runners-up on another three occasions, making this their 17th appearance at this stage of the competition.
Their last loss in the final came at the hands of the Reds back in 1981, although the Spanish giants finally avenged that 1-0 defeat four years ago with a 3-1 victory over the same opponents in Kyiv.

Carlo Ancelotti's side are chasing the double this season after recently being crowned La Liga champions for the 35th time. The Italian coach is also targeting his second Champions League success with the club after winning the title in 2013/14 during his first stint in the Spanish capital.
Real have long been an admirer of Kylian Mbappe and had hoped to lure the French striker to the Santiago Bernabeu ahead of next season to form a formidable partnership with compatriot Karim Benzema in attack.

However, their hopes were dashed on Monday when Mbappe announced he had opted to extend his stay with Paris Saint-Germain, who have made him football's highest-paid player.
The 23-year-old subsequently revealed he would be backing Real to beat Liverpool in his own backyard this weekend.
"I can imagine their disappointment. I will be their biggest fan in the Champions League final in Paris. My home," Mbappe said at a press conference.
