Prima Pramac Racing's Jorge Martin has one final chance to dethrone world champion Francesco Bagnaia at the
Valencian Community Grand Prix on Sunday, November 26.
The Spaniard trails his title rival by 21 points in second place going into the decider in Cheste after enduring a torrid time on the Lusail International Circuit last time out.
Martin, who won the sprint race, started fifth on the grid but had massive wheel spin as he pulled away and never recovered, eventually finishing in P10 due to issues with his rear tyre.

The 25-year-old has now finished behind Bagnaia in the last two races since winning the Thailand Grand Prix and expressed his frustration with how things went in the Qatar Grand Prix.
Martin was at a loss to explain what happened to his bike on race day, but feels he has been robbed of a maiden championship crown.
"Well, I don't know [what happened], it's difficult to say, I seem to have forgotten how to ride," he said post-race in Lusail.
"I think you could see right from the start when my rear tyre started spinning, it was like a stone, and that normally happens when the track is dirty but it wasn't, it was the grid, and when the tyre has maybe 30 laps on it, and it didn't because it was new.
"You can guess what happened for yourselves and from that point on I tried to manage it but I felt like I was crashing at every corner because of the rear.
"It's a shame that a championship like this, after a great season, working hard, feels like it's been stolen away from me because I think I could have got there before this race and now it's very difficult. It's hard to know what will happen on Sunday."
2023 Qatar Grand Prix results:
