Tony Finau will be hoping to become the first golfer to win the
3M Open twice when he tees off at the TPC Twin Cities.
What to know about Finau
The American golfer turned professional at the age of 17 in 2007 and began playing on mini-tours including the Gateway Tour, NGA Hooters Tour, and National Pro Tour.
Finau has won nine professional tournaments and his best performance in a golf major is a third-place finish came in the US Open and Open Championship.

The man nicknamed Big Tone was in action at the recent 2024 The Open Championship in Scotland, where he missed the cut.
Big Tone is currently ranked 19th on the Official World Golf Rankings and his best OWGR ranking is ninth place.
Why Finau is among the favourites
The 34-year-old has been playing well lately having secured top-five finishes in two of his last three professional tournaments including the 2024 US Open.
Finau knows what it takes to win the 3M Open at the TPC Twin Cities having won the 2022 event by three shots and he will be eager to replicate the same form this weekend.

"This was going to be as special as any I ever play, with my wife here, all my kids," Finau said after winning the 2022 3M Open.
"They see all the work I put in and it's important for them to see there's a lot of loss no matter what, but there's also wins.
"There are good things that happen when you work hard, be a good person. This one was for my kids and my family. Fantastic to win with them here."
