Rayo Vallecano will battle it out with Atletico Madrid in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Estadio de Vallecas on March 19.
The Red Sashes were able to hold Sevilla FC to a 1-1 draw at home in their previous league game which was played on March 13.
The draw extended Vallecano's winless run to nine matches in this competition having recorded two draws and seven defeats.

The Red Sashes are also winless in their last five matches at home in La Liga having registered three consecutive defeats and two draws at the Estadio de Vallecas.
Meanwhile, Atletico ran out 2-1 winners over Cadiz away in their last league match which was played on March 11.
The win extended the Mattress Makers' unbeaten run to four matches in this competition having recorded four consecutive wins.
Atletico are also undefeated in their last two matches on the road in La Liga having registered two successive wins as the visitors.

“The most important thing tonight is the result," Atletico manager Diego Simeone said following their hard-fought win over Cadiz.
“There is less and less time left in the season and it’s important to win these games. In the second half we were better and broke up the game and reduced their chances to score.
"In this final stretch of the championship, if I always say that the most important thing is to win, [it is] much more so now."
The last meeting between Vallecano and Atletico in a league match was on 2 January 2022.
Atletico secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Vallecano in an encounter that was played at the 2019 UEFA Champions League final venue, Estadio Wanda Metropolitano.
