Chelsea will be desperate to bounce back to winning ways when they visit Crystal Palace in a 2020-21
English Premier League match on Saturday.
Palace scored a late goal to earn a point in a 1-1 draw at Everton on Monday evening to keep their hopes of a top-10 finish alive. The Eagles have lost just once in their last six matches, a sequence that includes wins over Brighton and West Brom.
Chelsea suffered a shock 5-2 loss to the Baggies last weekend. Thiago Silva's early red card played a large part in the defeat which subsequently ended Thomas Tuchel's unbeaten run as Blues boss and served as a blow to their top four hopes.
"It's a wake-up call. We will get the right response," said Tuchel after the match.
"It's important we digest it. I did not see it coming, now we have to take our responsibilities - me included - and shake it off.
"We can't, after 15 or 14 matches, lose our head. We can't take away the trust that we have in these players."
Chelsea beat Palace 4-0 in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge earlier this season. Jorginho scored a penalty brace for the hosts following goals from Ben Chilwell and Kurt Zouma.
