Spain will be looking to reach the final of a major tournament for the first time in 12 years when they lock horns with France at the Allianz Arena in Munich on Tuesday, July 9.
La Furia Roja won the last of their three
European Championship titles in 2012 as they became the first team to successfully defend their crown, having also triumphed in the 2008 edition.
Luis de la Fuente's side made it five wins from five at the tournament after they beat host nation Germany 2-1 courtesy of a dramatic 119th-minute winner from Mikel Merino in extra time.
Spain have played some exquisite football and they've conceded just two goals, while also scoring the most (11), making them odds-on favourites to go all the way.
The two European juggernauts last met in the 2021 UEFA Nations League final which saw Les Bleus emerge 2-1 victors, with Kylian Mbappe scoring the winner.

Mbappe hasn't made the impact many expected at Euro 2024 partly due to suffering a broken nose in the opening match against Austria. The striker has only scored one goal, from the penalty spot, and has been forced to wear a face mask for protection.
De la Fuente believes the protective gear has affected the French star's game, saying: "People have to know that a mask like this is quite limiting.
"We experienced a similar situation with [Robin] Le Normand, he was not breathing normally, he got very tired and even had some muscle problems.
"It limits you, but in any case Mbappe at 80 per cent is a lot of Mbappe, although it is true that his best version has not yet been seen and he has enormous potential."
