Jorge Martin will be keen to bounce back to winning ways by clinching the Dutch TT trophy in the city of Assen.

Martin managed to secure a podium spot in the most recent race on the 2024 MotoGP calendar, which was the Italian MotoGP on 2 June.
The Ducati Prima Pramac Racing rider finished third which saw him collect 16 points from the race, having slipped up after starting first on the grid.
MotoGP title ambitions
The 2014 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup champion is still placed at the top of the MotoGP Riders' standings, having accumulated 171 points from seven races.
Martin is 18 points clear of second-placed Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati Lenovo Team ahead of the Dutch TT MotoGP, as the duo battle for the MotoGP world title.
Why Martin could win the 2024 Dutch TT
Nicknamed Martinator, Martin has finished in the top three in the last three races including a victory at the French MotoGP.
The Martinator, who also won this season's Portuguese MotoGP, will be under pressure to win the Dutch TT to consolidate his top spot.
What did he say?
“It was a big frustration after the finish line because to lose a position on the last corner hurt me quite a lot,” Martin said after the 2024 Italian MotoGP.
“It was more my mistake. I saw on the pitboard eight-tenths of a second so I was relaxed. I was pushing but not on the limit. I didn't want to crash because I knew Pecco (Francesco Bagnaia) was already far away.
“I thought nobody was there and then I heard his bike and I said no way this is happening to me. Trust me this mistake won't happen to me again.”
