SL Benfica will do battle with FC Barcelona in an
UEFA Champions League Group E match on September 29.
The Portuguese giants were held to a 0-0 draw by Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev away in their previous Group E game on September 14.
Therefore, Benfica are undefeated in their last five matches in the Champions League having recorded two consecutive draws and three successive victories.

Benfica are also undefeated in their last four matches at home in this competition having registered four victories in a row.
"In the end, [Dynamo Kiev coach] Mircea Lucescu told me: 'Congratulations, you have a great team and I had to close everything'," Benfica manager Jorge Jesus said after their draw with Kiev.
"I believe we can maintain a defensive solidity. Benfica's team is very strong defending. We didn't concede goals, but the opponent also only had opportunities in the last two minutes.
"The team defends well. It gives us confidence! And the team that plays with Benfica to score a goal was not going to be easy."

Meanwhile, Barcelona were humiliated by German champions Bayern Munich at home as they lost 3-0 in their previous Group E match on September 14.
As a result, the Spanish football powerhouse are winless in their last four matches in the Champions League having recorded four successive defeats.
However, Barcelona are unbeaten in their last eight matches on the road in this competition having registered three draws and five victories as the visitors.
The last Champions League match between Benfica and Barcelona was on 5 December 2012.
Benfica were able to frustrate Barcelona in a Group G match which ended in a 0-0 draw at Nou Camp in Spain.
