Villarreal CF will square off with Celta Vigo in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Estadio de la Cerámica on May 9.
The Yellow Submarine ran out 1-0 winners over Getafe at home in their previous league game which was played on May 2.
The win ended Villarreal's two-match winless run in this competition having registered two consecutive defeats.

The victory over Getafe also ended the Yellow Submarine's two-match winless run at home in La Liga having recorded two successive defeats at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Mario Gaspar, the Villarreal defender, praised the contribution of the substitutes following their narrow win over Getafe.
“There are three very important points. We knew that good results had been produced for our interests," Gaspar said.
"We had to go out to win to get to the Europa League places and with victory we are closer to the goal.
“Thanks to them, we have turned the game around and we have been able to obtain the victory against a team that defends very well."

Meanwhile, Celta secured a 2-0 win over Levante at home in their last league match which was played on April 30.
The Sky Blues are now unbeaten in their last two matches in this competition having recorded two consecutive wins.
However, Celta are winless in their last two matches on the road in La Liga having registered one defeat and one draw.
The last meeting between Villarreal and Celta in a league match was on 8 January 2021.
Villarreal claimed a 4-0 victory over Celta in an encounter which was played at the Estadio Abanca-Balaídos.
