Yamaha rider Fabian Quartararo will be confident of winning the
2021 Grande Premio MEO de Portugal on April 18.
The French star, who is expected to challenge for the 2021 MotoGP world title, won the most recent round in the new season which was the Doha Grand Prix on April 4.
It was Quartararo's maiden podium of the current campaign and he will be looking to make it two wins in a row in Portugal.

Ducati rider Johann Zarco secured a second spot finish at the Doha Grand Prix and he was followed by his teammate Jorge Martin.
As a result, Zarco is now placed at the top of the Riders' standings having finished second in the first two races of the current campaign.
Quartararo finds himself in position two after winning the most recent race having started the season with a fifth spot finish at the Qatar Grand Prix on March 28.
While Maverick Vinales of Yamaha completes the top three on the Riders' standings having finished fifth at the Doha Grand Prix.

When reflecting on his performance in Doha, Quartararo said: “I have not won many races, so for sure this one is the most special one coming from ninth."
"I think in the middle of the race I was in more or less that position and I was feeling so good in overtaking spots like Turn 10, Turn 15 and I felt like I could win the race at that moment.
“It makes a total difference from last week because last week I ride a little bit like an amateur, like a rookie because I was not playing with mapping, with tyres and I make reverse in the second race," he added.
“It feels good to win and also to have two French guys in 1-2, I think it’s quite a long time since we’ve seen it. So, I’m so happy for this win.”
Yamaha are placed at the top of Constructors' Championship standings and they are followed by Ducati and Suzuki respectively.
