Norwich City spent one season in the
Premier League before being relegated back to the Championship.
Some of the Canaries' players left their mark in English top-flight league with their impressive displays and one of them is Emiliano 'Emi' Buendia.
The Argentine player caught the eye with his special ability to create goals in what was his debut season in the Premier League.
Buendia recorded seven assists for the Canaries with lethal marksman Teemu Pukki benefitting from his creativity especially in the first round of the season.

An attacking midfielder, who can also operate as a winger, Buendia broke a Premier League record in December 2019.
The former Real Madrid academy player created 29 goalscoring chances - the most by a player in a single calendar month since such data became available in 2003/04.

Buendia is coming off his second campaign in England having joined Norwich from Spanish side Getafe in June 2018.
Nicknamed Emi, Buendia scored his first goal for Norwich in a 1-0 win over Brentford on 27 October 2018 and continued his fine form that season scoring a thunderbolt against Swansea City and a double against Hull City.
Buendia also scored a pivotal goal against Queens Park Rangers (QPR), that massively boosted Norwich's title hopes and the team went on to clinch promotion to the Premier League.

This was after Norwich clinched the 2018/19 Championship title with Buendia having scored a total of eight league goals in the season.
Buendia will be key to the Canaries' hopes of securing promotion back to the elite league during the new 2020/21 Championship campaign.
His Norwich teammate Max Aarons praised him by saying: “His game is more about getting into pockets, playing neat passes and creating things."
"When you’ve got someone, who wants to run at you, then it’s easier to lock them down whereas someone like him is quite intricate so it’s hard to get near him. He’s tenacious and very strong. He’s got a lot of attributes."
