Will Zalatoris is coming into this year's
Wyndham Championship as the favourite to win the tournament.
Currently ranked 14th in the Official World Golf Rankings, Zalatoris is the highest ranked player among those who will tee off at Sedgefield Country Club.
The American star made headlines around the world when he finished second in the 2021 Masters Tournament while making his debut.

Zalatoris, who will turn 26 on August 16, is yet to win on the PGA Tour, but he did clinch the 2020 TPC Colorado Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour.
His runner-up finishes at the PGA Championship where he lost to Justin Thomas in a playoff, the 2022 US Open and the Farmers Insurance Open are three of his eight top-10 finishes this season.
However, Zalatoris also finished tied for sixth at the Masters and tied for fifth at the World Golf Championships - Dell Technologies Match Play.
Should he win the Wyndham Championship, he could move up to sixth and increase his post-season bonus by $600,000 and will be making his third appearance in the tournament.

“His performance in the Majors this year is off the charts. He’s proven over the last 10 months that he’s one of the best players in the world.
"And everyone knows it’s just a matter of time before he starts winning PGA TOUR events on a regular basis.”
Sam Snead is the most decorated golfer in the history of the Wyndham Championship having won eight titles in 1938, 1946, 1949, 1950, 1955, 1956, 1960 and 1965.
