Cagliari Calcio will do battle with Inter Milan in an Italian
Serie A match at the Unipol Domus on May 15.
The Islanders managed to hold US Salernitana to a 1-1 draw away in their previous league game which was played on May 8.
Therefore, Cagliari are now winless in their last three matches in this competition having recorded two consecutive defeats and one draw.

The Islanders have lost two of their last three home matches in Serie A while the other game ended in a win over US Sassuolo on April 16.
Meanwhile, Inter defeated Empoli in a six-goal thriller as they secured a 4-2 win at home in their previous league game which was played on May 6.
The Big Grass Snake are now undefeated in their last two matches in this competition having recorded one draw and one win.
Inter have won two of their last three away games in Serie A while the other match ended in a defeat to Bologna FC on April 27.

“The beginning of the game went badly. We made a good start and were on the attack," Inter striker Lautaro Martinez said after their win over Empoli.
"But we conceded two goals and if we hadn’t scored straight away, the game could’ve become extremely difficult. We managed to stay calm and did well to recover.
“Every game has been important for so long now. We’re fighting for another trophy and it’s important to still be in there. Now we need to focus on ourselves in our last three games and try to win them all.”
The last meeting between Cagliari and Inter in the league was on 12 December 2021.
Inter defeated Cagliari 4-0 in a match that was played at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza which has a seating capacity of 80,018, making it one of the largest stadiums in Europe.
