Sergio Perez will be looking to make it two victories in a row when he competes in the
Japanese Grand Prix.
The Red Bull Racing-RBPT driver finished eighth in the last Japanese Grand Prix which took place in 2019 having started 17th on the grid.
Perez is coming into this year's event oozing with confidence having won the most recent race this term which was the Singapore Grand Prix on October 2.

The Mexican star kept his Singapore Grand Prix victory despite receiving a penalty and a reprimand for two separate safety car rule infringements.
Ferrari duo of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr finished second and third respectively as the Italian auto manufacturer enjoyed a successful weekend in Marina Bay.
Looking at the 2022 Drivers' Championship standings, Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing-RBPT remains at the top of the table with Leclerc placed second.
Perez, who won this season's Monaco Grand Prix, is placed third on the standings and he will leapfrog Leclerc if wins the Japanese Grand Prix.

“It means a lot to me. Every win is special but I’m the type of guy that is always working under the radar and not making big noises out there," Perez said after the Singapore Grand Prix.
“I knew I was going through a bit of a bad patch. There’s been two races I haven’t been on the podium, but obviously the media makes a big thing, probably because I’m Mexican,
"And they start to make all these comparisons, [like] the biggest mistake Red Bull has made to bring me here. So I’m super-happy to get this victory under my belt, and with such a strong performance out there today.”
Red Bull Racing-RBPT are placed at the top of the Constructors' Championship standings with 576 points and they are followed by Ferrari with 439 points and Mercedes with 373 points respectively.
