The Charlotte Hornets will continue their late charge for an automatic
playoff spot when they take on the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center on the evening of Saturday, April 2.
James Borrego's team are ninth in the Eastern Conference with a record of 39-37 after winning seven of their last 10 games.
The Hornets need a strong finish to the Regular Season if they hope to catch the sixth-placed Toronto Raptors, whose win percentage is 0.06 better than theirs.
Miles Bridges scored a game-high 27 points along with 11 rebounds on Tuesday, although it wasn't even to prevent a 113-109 defeat to the Denver Nuggets.

The Hornets struggled to win the rebounds and Borrego admits they need to be more aggressive on the glass.
"Sometimes you do everything right and it just bounces their way," the Hornets head coach said. "I don't have the answers right now, but I do know we have to be more physical and just go get them."
The 76ers' record of 46-29 sees them occupy fourth place and they are just 0.019 off the East-leading Miami Heat's win percentage.

Doc Rivers' men were edged out 118-116 by the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday thanks to a game-winning block on Joel Embiid by Giannis Antetokounmpo in the final seconds.
James Harden, who registered 32 points and nine rebounds against the Bucks, conceded: "Couple mistakes defensively and they made us pay for it."
The Hornets lost their first two meetings against the 76ers this season in back-to-back fixtures in December, but emerged 109-98 victors in Philadelphia the following month, with 31 points coming from Embiid.
