2023 Mexico Open is set to take place at the Vidanta Vallarta in Vallarta, Mexico between 27 and 30 April 2023.
What to know about the tournament
This event is considered to be the national open golf tournament of Mexico having been established in 1944.
The tournament is part of the PGA Tour, Web.com, Tour Challenge, Tour PGA Tour Latinoamérica as well as the Tour de las Américas.

The event organisers have announced that they are preparing to welcome 144 professional golfers for the second consecutive year to the Vidanta Vallarta golf course.
The 2023 edition will appear on the PGA Tour schedule for the second time as an official FedExCup event.
Favourites
Reigning Mexico Open champion Jon Rahm is a clear favorite to win the tournament having clinched last year's trophy.
However, Rahm will face competition from the likes of Alex Noren, Nico Echavarria, Tony Finau, Brandon Wu and Davis Riley who are all part of the 144-player field.
Austin Smotherman, who won the 2018 Mexico Open by four strokes, will also be part of the field at the Vidanta Vallarta.
What Is At Stake
The Mexico Open will offer Official World Golf Ranking points to the winner, with final points ratings determined ahead of the event teeing off on Thursday.
It also offers 500 FedExCup points to the winner and a 7.7 million dollar purse, while the outright winner is set to collect their share of roughly $1.4 million.
