Chelsea's London rivals Tottenham Hotspur will be away to Everton at the Goodison Park on Sunday, 23 December. Kick-off is at 18h00.
Everton are winless in their last four league games having lost 3-1 to Manchester City away in their previous match.
While Tottenham are enjoying a three-match winning run in the league having defeated Burnley 1-0 at home in their previous game.
