RSD Espanyol will renew their rivalry with FC Barcelona in a Spanish
La Liga match at the RCDE Stadium on February 13.
The Magical lost 4-1 to Real Betis at home in their previous league game which was played on January 21 and they will be away to Athletic Bilbao on February 7.
Espanyol are coming into their clashes with Bilbao and Barcelona winless in their last three matches in this competition having recorded two defeats and one draw.

The Magical are also winless in their last three home matches in La Liga having recorded two defeats and one draw last their home ground, RCDE Stadium.
Meanwhile, Barcelona emerged 4-2 winners over Atletico Madrid in a titanic clash at home in their previous league game which was played on February 6.
The draw extended Barca's unbeaten run to seven matches in this competition having registered three draws and four wins.
Barcelona are also unbeaten in their last seven away matches in La Liga having recorded three victories and four draws as the visitors.

“With eleven we attacked very well and with ten we were supportive and we didn’t suffer too much,” Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez said after their win over Atletico.
“We needed a game like this, a victory against a great team and playing well. We matched their intensity and we were better, I think it can be a turning point.
“It’s a great victory, but we have to keep working. We have to be very humble, now we can’t slow down.”
The last league meeting between Espanyol and Barcelona was on 20 November 2021.
Barcelona claimed a 1-0 victory over Espanyol in a game that was played at the biggest football stadium in Europe, Camp Nou.
