2022/23 English Premier League
Matchday 22
Wolverhampton Wanderers v Liverpool
Molineux
Wolverhampton, England
Saturday, 4 February 2023
Kick-off is at 17h00
Liverpool will attempt to get their
Premier League season back on track when they lock horns with Wolves at Molineux on Saturday, February 4.
The Reds' poor run of form continued when they played out to a 0-0 draw with Chelsea on January 21, which extended their winless run to three games.
Jurgen Klopp's side kicked off the new year with a 3-1 defeat to Brentford before going down 3-0 to Brighton and they remain without a win in 2023.

The Merseysiders crashed out of the FA Cup on January 29 with another loss to the Seagulls, who battled back from a goal down to emerge 2-1 victors.
Klopp acknowledged their performance at the Amex wasn't good enough but felt it was much better than the defeat they suffered at the hands of Albion in the league two weeks prior.
"Look, I am not over the moon about this performance but, again, the only thing that happened really is that we lost against a good side, who we lost [to] two weeks ago in a horrendous game," the German said.
"Today was much better. With the performance from today two weeks ago, that would've looked different as well. There are really steps."
Wanderers will know the Reds are there for the taking, having lost by the narrowest of margins in their FA Cup third round replay on January 17 following a 2-2 draw 10 days earlier.
Julen Lopetegui's team saw their unbeaten start to 2023 come to an end with a 3-0 loss to Manchester City on January 22, which left them perched on the edge of the relegation zone in 17th spot.

Lopetegui has seen an improvement from his players since taking charge in November but acknowledges there is much more to do as he looks to pull away from the bottom-three clubs.
“We have to work a lot. We have improved some things, but it’s not enough, we have to improve more. Each match is one challenge, today we knew it was a difficult match against one of the best teams in the world, but we have to continue working.”
