Ivory Coast will lock horns with Nigeria in the
2023 AFCON Group A match at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium on 18 January.
Current Form
The Elephants claimed a 2-0 win over Guinea-Bissau on 13 January as they extended their unbeaten run to seven matches across all competitions.
Ivory Coast have won two of their last three matches in the AFCON finals while the other game ended in a defeat.
On the other hand, Nigeria drew 1-1 with Equatorial Guinea on 14 January and they are winless in their last four games across all competitions.
The Super Eagles are also winless in their last two matches in the AFCON finals having registered one defeat and one draw.

Ivory Coast were without Sebastien Haller against Guinea-Bissau as their star striker recovers from injury and it is unclear whether he will be available against Nigeria.
Nigeria have received a boost ahead of their clash against Ivory Coast with the arrival of Terem Moffi who replaces the injured Victor Boniface.
