Marco Bezzecchi will be hoping to maintain his good form by winning the
2023 Italian Grand Prix title on home soil.

The Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team rider won the recent French MotoGP as he boosted his MotoGP world championship ambitions.
Bezzecchi dominated the race after he grabbed the lead on lap 11 of 27 and took the chequered flag 4.2 seconds clear of the field.

The Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer finished fifth at the 2022 Italian MotoGP having started second on the grid in front of his friends and family.
It was his debut season in the Motor Grand Prix.

Why Bezzecchi could win the 2023 Italian MotoGP
Bezzecchi is placed second in the riders' standings and he is one of the contenders for this season's MotoGP world championship.
Having won this season's French MotoGP and Argentine MotoGP on April 2, the 24-year-old will be confident of securing another win on home soil.
What did he say?
“It’s good to be close to Pecco for the moment. But honestly, I’m still not thinking about the championship," Bezzecchi said after the 2023 French MotoGP.
"First of all, we saw having the sprint and the main GP on the same weekend, it’s very easy to lose everything very quickly.
“So, I just want to continue like this, thinking weekend by weekend, race by race, enjoying my bike with the guys [in the team] who are fantastic.
“Now we go to Mugello, so it will be a very nice weekend.”
