Cameron Davis will be determined to win the
Rocket Mortgage Classic trophy for the second time having clinched his maiden title in 2021.
What to know about Davis
The Australian star has won four professional tournaments since he turned professional in 2016 which is a year after he had won the Australian Amateur.
Davis made his PGA Tour debut at the 2016 OHL Classic at Mayakoba where he finished 15th and was selected for the International team in the 2022 Presidents Cup.

The Sydney-born golfer finished 33rd at the recent 2023 Travellers Championship which was the most recent event on the 2022/23 PGA Tour calendar.
Davis is currently placed 54th on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and his best OWGR is 49th.
Why Davis is among the favourites
The 28-year-old will be returning to the Detroit Golf Club where earned his first PGA Tour win by defeating Troy Merritt and Joaquín Niemann in a playoff at the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic.
Davis impressively finished fourth at the 2023 PGA Championship which was his best performance in a golf major to date and he will be looking to carry that form into the Rocket Mortgage Classic.

“I would say less so the swing and more so just my thinking. I think I’ve just cleaned up a few things up in my head.
"It’s been a bit of a rough start to the year, but I feel like I’m starting to work on things that will really benefit me.”
