Mooney VR46 Racing Team's Marco Bezzecchi will be looking for a strong performance at the
Malaysian Grand Prix on Sunday, November 5 to keep his MotoGP title hopes alive.
The Italian led the Riders' standings after the opening three rounds following his victory in the Argentine Grand Prix and P3 in the Portuguese Grand Prix.
Bezzecchi also went on to win the French Grand Prix and the Indian Grand Prix, but Francesco Bagnaia and Jorge Martin have been more consistent during the campaign.

The 24-year-old hasn't finished on the podium in his last four races and trails leader Bagnaia by 79 points, while Martin is 66 points ahead of him in second place.
Bezzecchi claimed P4 in Sepang last year - his best result in four races there - and he needs to finish in front of his main rivals this time around to stand a chance of making up the gap in the final two rounds.
He has chosen to stay with Mooney VR46 Racing Team for the 2024 campaign, but team manager Pablo Nieto believes the No. 72 will be snapped up by one of their competitors soon enough.
"We have been together for several years, and this means that, first and foremost, he is a human being. Marco has found a family in the team, considering the time we spend away from home during the year. A glimpse is enough for him to understand everything," Nieto told GPOne.com.
"Of course [he could leave after 2024]. I would like to keep him forever, but it is a conceivable scenario because it would mean that we have worked well in recent years, carrying the company's philosophy.
"On one hand, I would be sad, and on the other, I would be excited. If I were the team manager of a factory team, I would choose Marco immediately."
