“I think we played the best game of the season, even better than those against Inter and Roma,” Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri said after their win over Fiorentina.
“We were solid defensively. One of the plans that we had prepared was to move Milinkovic-Savic forward to create a four vs. four, we did it well and we scored. “We lacked a bit of courage at the beginning.
"But the goal helped us get over it. We had three technical players in midfield. Luis Alberto was very much determined. Milinkovic-Savic did really well.”
