Yamaha rider Fabian Quartararo will be targeting nothing but a victory when he competes at the
French Grand Prix on May 16.
The French star is coming off a disappointing race which was the Spanish Grand Prix where he finished 13th despite having started well.
Quartararo was leading the race at the halfway mark when his pace began to drop significantly and he slipped to 13th place by the finish.

Ducati rider Jack Miller won the Spanish Grand Prix and he was followed by his teammate Francesco Bagnaia.
Quartararo's teammate Franco Morbidelli finished third following an entertaining race in the 25th largest city in Spain, Jerez de la Frontera.
Bagnaia is now placed at the top of the Riders' standings having finished second in the last two races of the current campaign.
Quartararo finds himself in position two on the standings and he is followed by Yamaha teammate Maverick Vinales.

Quartararo explained that he failed to win the Spanish Grand Prix because he had an issue with his arm and he has since undergone an operation ahead of the French Grand Prix.
“Quite easy to know I had a big issue with the arm. So sad because I was feeling really easy in front, I was P4 [on lap one] and I could overtake them," Quartararo said.
“I was comfortable with the pace, we had amazing pace this weekend and just had no more power in the arm.
“So disappointed about it, but I’m staying [positive] with the pace I did, fighting to the end even if it was for three points. “But I fight and I’m staying [positive] with that.”
Yamaha are placed at the top of Constructors' Championship standings and they are followed by Ducati and Suzuki respectively.
