Brad Binder will be eager to boost his ambitions of winning the MotoGP world title by clinching the
2023 Japanese MotoGP.

The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider was in contention for the 2023 Indian MotoGP title on 24 September and he narrowly missed out on a podium spot.
Binder started on the 12th and went on to finish fourth which earned him important points (13) as the battle for the MotoGP world title continues.
Standings
The 2020 Czech Republic motorcycle Grand Prix winner is currently placed fourth on the riders' standings having accumulated 192 points from 13 races.
Binder is now 100 points behind leader Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati with seven races left in the current season
Why Binder could win the 2023 Japanese MotoGP
Finishing fourth in the recent Indian MotoGP should boost the 28-year-old's confidence coming into the Japanese MotoGP.
Binder finished second in the 2022 Japanese MotoGP and he will now be hoping to go one step further and win the race in Motegi.
What did he say?
“I gave absolutely everything I had today. We worked as hard as we could to maximise what we had for today," Binder said after the Indian MotoGP.
"The bike felt good but I think we were just struggling a bit more than we anticipated to get out of the slower corners. It is clear what we need to improve for the future and hopefully for Japan.
“I was able to be super consistent. But with 5 laps to go I had no tyre left. It was a rough day out there today. I tried really hard. It just was not quite what I had in mind.”
