Brad Binder will be eager to bounce back at the
San Marino MotoGP after enduring a disappointing race in Barcelona, Catalonia Spain.

The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider did not finish the recent 2023 Catalan MotoGP which took place on September 3 as he was forced to retire.
Binder started on the ninth grid and he was forced to retire from the restarted grand prix due to a technical issue - failing to collect points in the process.
2023 San Marino MotoGP
The South African Grand Prix motorcycle racer finished eighth at the 2022 San Marino MotoGP having started 15th on the grid.
It is also Binder's best performance in the race since he joined the MotoGP class in 2020 - finishing 12th in 2020 and ninth in 2021.

Why Binder could win the 2023 San Marino MotoGP
The 2016 Moto3 world champion is currently placed fourth on the Riders' standings and he is in the battle to win the 2023 MotoGP world title.
Having finished second in the 2023 Austrian MotoGP and 2023 Spanish MotoGP, Binder will be targeting his first win of the season in Italy.
What did he say?
“The thing is in Barcelona, the Turn 1 has a bit of a kick to it. If you are one metre more to the right, that becomes a hell of a lot tighter and lines can collect each other," Binder said after the 2023 Catalan MotoGP.
“That’s the problem with this start. I think it’s just the character of the corner really, it just pulls you in.” Binder’s non-score has damaged his championship hopes, dropping him 94 points behind Bagnaia now.
"However, this was of little concern to him on Sunday. My only priority today was that I never hurt anyone. Of course, I hurt him but not hurt-hurt. It is what it is.”
