Top players in the 2019 ATP Tour 250 will take part in the Geneva and Lyon Opens in the coming days, with both clay-court tournaments taking place from 19 to 25 May.
The events will serve as final tune-ups ahead of the 2019 French Open at Roland Garros, which gets underway on 26 May.
The 2019 Lyon Open will be just the third edition of the tournament. Last year it was won by Austria’s Dominic Thiem, who defeated Frenchman Gilles Simon 3-6 7-6 6-1 in the final.

This edition will feature big guns such as power server John Isner (America), clay-court specialist Roberto Bautista Agut (Spain) and French favourite Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, who is sure to have strong home support from the crowd.
The 2019 Geneva Open will be the 17th edition of the tournament. Last year it was won by Hungarian Marton Fucsovics, who defeated Germany’s Peter Gojowczyk 6-2 6-2 in the final.
This edition is headlined by defending champion Marton Fucsovics, Italian star Fabio Fognini, and Russian hopeful Daniil Medvedev.
